Arabian Rose bellydance classes are designed to improve flexibility of your body, as well  strengthening the entire spinal column and abdominal muscles in a gentle way. Bellydancing also helps to build strength in the upper body, arms and shoulders. The leg and the long back muscles are also strengthened by the hip movements. As a low impact exercise bellydance is suitable for all ages, fitness levels and body types. It is a fantastic, highly expressive form of dance that will keep you fit and healthy.
